Context: This project aims to anticipate and manage stakeholders' responses to innovative proposals within the Catalan healthcare system, fostering an evidence-based and efficient change process.

Objective: To design an analytical tool that integrates a variable Scope Review and stakeholder analysis to identify critical factors, interests, and barriers associated with implementing healthcare reforms.

Methodology:

• Scope Review: Identification and synthesis of key evidence on innovation processes in healthcare.

• Stakeholder Analysis: Mapping key actors, their interests, and perceptions using digital tools and qualitative approaches.

• Iterative Validation: Continuous adjustment of strategies based on feedback from involved groups.

Expected Outcomes:

1. Key conclusions and operational recommendations for adopting reforms.

2. A clear visualization of barriers and opportunities to facilitate decision-making.

Conclusions:

This project leverages generative AI-based analytical tools to optimize the implementation of healthcare reforms and anticipates its scalability to other sectors, reinforcing the commitment to an adaptive and sustainable system.
